RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for choosing The Trash Vac for your equipment needs. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you find that your purchase does not meet your needs, the following return policy applies:
Time Frame for Returns:
You may return The Trash Vac within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking and shipping return fee. This fee will be calculated based on your original purchase price and shipping location and will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of Returned Equipment:
The Trash Vac must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold. This means that the equipment must be free from any damage, wear and tear beyond normal use, and should include all original parts and accessories. The equipment will be inspected upon return, and any damage may result in additional fees or refusal of the return.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can include your original sales receipt, invoice, or any other document that clearly shows the purchase date and details. Without proof of purchase, we will be unable to accept your return.
Process for Returns:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department using the form below. We will provide you with instructions on how to return The TrashVac to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the equipment.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after we have received and inspected the returned equipment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
